Users control what assistants can access.
Assistants can only access encrypted customer knowledge bases or files if explicitly authorized by the user.
Users can delete assistant memories, files, or revoke assistant access at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be shared with our trusted service providers (such as AWS) solely for delivering the ChatPockets AI service.
